First World Congress of Direct Democracy.

This is my first informational article, created, edited, discussed, and voted, together with my fantastic, and very efficient, security special group, and submitted, to all the other special groups, and to our group, for the publication of informational articles. It will be published, on the official website, to present, my recent activity, of course, when it is published, it will be adapted, to the needs of those who will share it, if authorized by DirectDemocracyS. Towards the end, I will explain, some important, and hopefully useful, things for all of you.

Quiconque a étudié de manière complète l'information publique, qui concerne l'ensemble de notre système et notre organisation politique, aura compris qu'il existe des règles d'application très détaillées, et qu'elles sont presque toutes rendues publiques, de manière quelque peu aléatoire. Ceux qui sont déjà nos utilisateurs/votants savent que tout ce que nous décidons n'est jamais aléatoire, mais est le résultat de nombreuses années de propositions, discussions, modifications, votes et tests, pour prévenir de manière optimale tout problème éventuel.
