Everyone knows that to effectively prevent false registrations or incorrect registrations, to boycott us, slow us down, or worse, to try to stop us, but also to prevent any possible infringement of our rules and our methodologies, such as using the public spaces of our websites for personal purposes, but also disturbing other users, groups, or making friend requests, or doing other unauthorized activities, we have introduced the obligation to pay a security deposit of 12.5 Euros for those who are under 31, and 25 Euros for those who are already 31.

This guarantee deposit allows us to punish, if necessary, those who make serious mistakes, and those who repeat the same small errors several times.

The rules, methodologies, instructions, and most importantly the motivations, have been explained in various informative articles. Today, we will explain to you, what happens, when you put money, into our system.

DirectDemocracyS, takes and keeps this money, guaranteeing its return, in a minimum percentage of 80%. In short, on 12.5 Euros, you receive back, at least 10 Euros, after one year from the activation, of your personal profile, and for those who pay 25 Euros, you will receive back, at least 20, after one year of activity, during which, you will be able to test, many of our services, and you will be able to do many activities together with us.

The money paid is kept, and not spent.

DirectDemocracyS, uses only, and exclusively, the money for annual fees, free and voluntary donations, and the money from advertising contracts, for all its activities. We do not use, in any way, the sums paid, for guarantee deposits, but we keep them, in full, in separate current accounts, to be able to return them, to all those who have paid them. We have economic and financial activities, calculated well, that do not allow us, to exceed our budgets. We base all our activities, on self-financing, on savings, and although we are independent, we have a regulation, that will never allow us, and for any reason, to spend, more than they earn, in fact, we have never made, and will never make debts, with banks, and financial companies. Our rules, prohibit it, clearly, and definitively.

We don't take your money away for trivial reasons.

The security deposits effectively prevent any possible attempt to take control of our political organization by lobbies, traditional political forces, and malicious, rich, powerful, and famous people. In fact, our security groups check all our activities, and all our users, of our entire system, and if they find front men, or people, or groups of people, who carry out boycott activities, trying to slow down, or worse stop our activities, but also, attempts to divide us, to make splits, or, to take control, of our system, we will not hesitate to seize all the security deposits, of all the people implicated, in execrable activities.

Anyone who commits activities considered serious, loses every penny paid as a security deposit. Anyone who makes small mistakes, must not be afraid, if he corrects them himself, or if he reports them to us, and if he does not repeat them, will not lose even a cent. If, however, he repeats the mistakes, or commits too many, he will lose a part, or even all, of the money paid. Let it be clear to everyone, that although we are very careful, and very demanding, to maintain order, safety, and tranquility, of each of our users, of each of our groups, and of each of our activities, we will never take away, from anyone, their money, for trivial reasons. We are not bad, we are only fair, and respectful, of each person.

How can you manage your deposit money?

The money paid, is returned, in a percentage of at least 80%, to the person who made the payment, or, also to other people, if our user requests it, according to our rules. Let us explain better. After one year, from the activation, of your personal profile, if no execrable activities have been carried out, and no mistakes have been made, the person who made the payment, must communicate to us, what he wants to do with the money he has paid. He has various possibilities. Receive them back, in his current account, or, receiving, a debit card, prepaid, with the remaining amount, which can be used, for payments, online, or, in various commercial activities, connected to our system. You can decide to send the remaining part, of the security deposit, to another person, or send the prepaid debit card, to another person.

You can purchase goods, services, gadgets, on our websites, but you can give gifts, to other people, always on our websites.

You can also decide, at the end of a year, to pay an annual fee, as an official member, or, as the case may be, one or more annual fees, for yourself, or, for other people, for users under 31, always as an official member, or, one or more annual fees, for yourself, or, for other people, for registered users, with a verified and guaranteed identity. In these cases, there are no commissions, and they will be able to use the entire sum. If they have paid, in our current accounts, 25 Euros, or, if they are under 31, and have paid 12.5 Euros, they will be able to spend them all, 100%, without losing even 1 cent. But they can also decide, to spend only 12.5 Euros, for a year of annual fee, as an official member, if they are under 31, or, only 6.25 Euros, to pay a year, of annual fee, for registered users with a verified and guaranteed identity. So, by spending the money, from the security deposit, for one or more annual installments, for yourself or for others, in full or even partially, leaving the remaining amount in our system, which will remain at your disposal, there will be no commission, and no amount, except the payment, will be retained.

The 2.5 Euros, for our users, under 31 years old, and the 5 Euros, for those who have already turned 31, which are respectively 20% of the deposit, are retained, as commissions, and for bank charges, and for transaction costs, only if you want to receive them back, partially, or, in full. If the money paid, remains in our system, there are no commissions, and sums retained.

But if a person decides, at any time, that is, before one year has passed since the activation of their personal profile, to spend their own money, from the deposit payment, to pay annual fees, for themselves, or, for other people, could they do so? The answer is yes, but only for higher types of users. According to our rules, higher types of users are our registered users, with verified and guaranteed identity, and our official members. If they pay for themselves, or, for another person, any annual fee, or more annual fees, they can do so, provided that they themselves are in good standing, with the payment of an annual fee, as a higher user, using their own money, from their deposit payment, or, if they have already paid an annual fee, for themselves, even with a subsequent payment, to their deposit payment.

The top user types, which are: our users with verified and guaranteed identity, and our official members, are considered reliable, and have no need to pay security deposits, therefore, they can always use the money paid, with their security deposit, to immediately obtain this type of user, based on their own decisions, their own needs, choosing freely, at any time.

And so, who is an official member, or a registered user, with a verified and guaranteed identity, can make mistakes, even serious ones, or repeat less serious ones, several times? Absolutely not. Our special security groups, through our activity verification subgroups, of our users, can block, or, based on the severity, expel, but also make unwelcome people, our users, of any type, and with any role, in our system. The escrow, is useful, for lower types of users, or, for users, who do not have a verified and guaranteed identity. If a user, wants to pay an annual fee, for a higher type of user, he can do it, even from the first minute.

So, why not make people pay from the beginning, the respective annual fees, in a simple way? The reason is very simple, to allow anyone to try our potential, and to see how our system works, practically free of charge, without any commitment, without any obligation to be present, and without any obligation to carry out activities with us. We believe that one year, from the moment of activating your profile, is enough, to try our system, and to choose whether to continue to be part of it, or, if you prefer, to return to the old, traditional systems.

Even though it seems complicated, it is not at all, and everything is done in a safe, simple, and very fast way.

Does everyone pay annual fees? All types of users above pay an annual fee, and there are no exceptions.

The sums that DirectDemocracyS asks for are very high, not everyone has 25 Euros, or 12.5 Euros, if they are 31 years old. Not everyone can afford them. For those who need all our potential, and to have roles of greater responsibility, in our useful, fair, honest, loyal, and inevitable hierarchies, a minimum type of user is needed, an official member. There are many types of users, superior to official members, who all pay, without exception, the same annual fees as our official members. If a person does not want to have the "powers", and the practically unlimited potential, of our official members, he can choose to become a registered user, with a verified and guaranteed identity, spending exactly half, for the annual fee, therefore: 12.5 Euros per year, if he is already 31 years old, and 6.25 Euros per year, if he is under 31.  Also, for those who have financial problems, or for those with very low incomes, these annual fees, of higher users, can be valid for 2 years, or, based on income, for 3 years. For those who have no source of income, the annual fees paid initially, can have a duration of up to 4 years. Also, for those who do not have the necessary technology, to be able to use the Internet, we have technological aid programs, for people in difficulty, who do not have the possibility of having, the latest models of smartphones, tablets, and PCs. Although, all our websites, also work with very old models, which can be found used, at minimal prices. So, we do not take any moral lessons, and we reject any accusation, of making people pay, to have total freedom, and authentic democracy, which in the world, only we guarantee. The money we take, is used, to guarantee the best security measures, to reward our best users, and to guarantee incorruptibility. We don't care about being famous, otherwise, we would pay to advertise ourselves. Every single person who joins us must abide by the same rules, the same methodologies, and have the same instructions. Especially in our early stages, we want quality, not quantity of our users/voters, so they all pay the same annual fees, with the same amounts.

Why are there such big differences in the annual fee amounts? Lower user types have much lower annual fees than the higher user types. The responsibilities are also very different, and obviously the potential and the type of activities allowed are also very different. It often happens that many users with lower user types ask to be able to obtain higher user types by paying the relative differences in annual fees. We have never understood which higher user types ask to be able to obtain lower user types. However, we do not rule out that this could happen in the future. In some previous phases, and partially in the subsequent phases, we let each user choose their preferred type, based on their needs and their will. Over time, we have created a more careful and very detailed selection for the roles of greater responsibility. Registered users, with a verified and guaranteed identity, can vote for many of our decisions, and also choose, with their vote, our candidates, in our primary elections, online, closed, who in case of good results, according to precise rules, will be our candidates, in the real elections, those external to our system. They can participate in our territorial, geographical, administrative, and electoral activities. Our official members pay double, but have practically all the potential. How do we help people in difficulty who cannot pay our annual fees? After paying the security deposit, and after using a part or, depending on the case, all of the security deposit to pay at least one annual fee, of a higher user type (official member or verified user), each of our users sees and can use a form to request one of the various benefits, which allow them to use the first payment, for an annual fee, for a longer period of time.
