Israel and US attack on Iran

To better understand DirectDemocracyS's official positions on international and domestic political issues, we recommend carefully reading all of our previously published news articles.

For us and for anyone who joins us, first and foremost is complete individual and group freedom, which must be potentially infinite, but which ends exactly where all the freedoms of other people, or other groups, begin.

Only complete freedom allows all people to implement authentic democracy, and for us to implement our system, making our political organization present and active, and our direct democracy, defined by some as hybrid.

Let's immediately clarify some fundamental concepts.

The freedom to form independent oppositions must be possible, guaranteed, and protected from any kind of negative influence or restriction on their activities. For us, it is essential to allow not only political forces, but all groups of people, and even individuals, the ability to peacefully, yet with great determination, organize demonstrations in the streets or in public spaces, in accordance with local laws and regulations, which must in no way limit or prevent anyone from protesting.

Public demonstrations, even political ones, cannot be denied, they can be regulated, but they must be peaceful, respecting all other people, and all the various properties, public and private goods, and services must be guaranteed to all citizens, including those who do not want to participate in the various demonstrations.

We always guarantee and defend political pluralism, and the right to think, express oneself, and propose any idea or project.

Every regime and every dictatorship, of any kind, anywhere in the world, that denies citizens complete rights and freedoms must be immediately overthrown, and the population must do so in a determined and peaceful manner, because the lack of freedom is for every man like the lack of air, water, or food.

We repeat it so you understand better: all freedoms, for all human beings, are fundamental to being able to live a dignified, serene, and happy life.

When a regime orders law enforcement to prevent demonstrations, or orders the arrest of peaceful protesters, or worse, commits acts of violence that outweigh the provocations and violence of the protesters, or even worse, orders shooting into crowds, the only solution is to use every intelligent but also very determined means to immediately and definitively overthrow every violent regime, every dictatorial government and parliament, every criminal, every political force, even every religious or military entity, but also every single security agent who kills, causes the death, or seriously injures, even a single person.

The same determination and intelligence must be used to immediately eliminate, through complaints, investigations, trials, and convictions, which will definitively render harmless every individual who carries out terrorist activities, and every organization with the same heinous activities, including all their accomplices.

But any state that invades or attacks another state must do so only to protect its population from any form of violence, without causing worse harm. Simply put, if populations are unable to live freely and democratically on their own, and are threatened, beaten, or worse, injured and killed, interventions to help them must be immediate and resolve every problem.

Sovereignty must always belong to the free and correctly informed population, who must be able to decide about their own present and future, without limitations on freedom and democracy.

DirectDemocracyS is against the death penalty because it's like legalizing state crimes: those who commit crimes must pay, but without ever responding with a crime for any other crime. We voted from the beginning to democratically decide our official positions on the death penalty, and on many other very important issues.

While we believe any foreign interference in the internal political affairs of any country should be avoided, as should any military attack on a sovereign state and any form of violence, given this long preamble, we can only be happy for the fall of a dictatorial regime that has caused so much suffering around the world, and even to its own citizens. We won't provide a list of all the crimes committed by the Iranian regime—that would require many informative articles—but you can still learn more by studying our articles and posts.

For the good of humanity, we hope that every authoritarian and dictatorial regime will fall as soon as possible, but not through external intervention, but through peaceful, intelligent processes determined by the various peoples, everywhere in the world.

The Israeli-US military attack on Iran on the morning of February 28, 2026, which led to the death of Ali Khamenei, Iran's supreme leader, previously president of Iran from 1981 to 1989, and the country's highest-ranking Shiite cleric, unfortunately also caused innocent civilian casualties.

Israel and the United States have acted individually, suddenly (to achieve concrete results), and have demonstrated to the entire world what we have been saying for a very long time: the United Nations, as it currently exists, is useless for preventing conflicts. It must therefore be depoliticized, reformed, modified, improved, and immediately subordinated to all the peoples of the world, not to their respective governments or parliaments. DirectDemocracyS will create and operate the World People's Organization for the good of all humanity.

Assessment of the internal repercussions in Iran.

If regime change is desired, it must be achieved by empowering Iranians to fully manage and control their own country, not by restoring monarchies or religious regimes. We cannot and must not take two steps forward and one step back. We advise the Iranian people to implement and make our system concrete, so as never again to lose their freedom, achieved with so much sacrifice, death, injury, destruction, fear, and suffering.

    International geopolitical changes.

The Israeli-US military attack on Iran on the morning of February 28, 2026, effectively confirmed all our predictions. The imperfect West—the United States, Europe, Israel, and every free state—are far more beloved, and considered more just, equitable, and secure, in every country in the world, than dictatorships of any kind.

We have talked about it in various articles, including this one:

    https://www.directdemocracys.org/law/info/questions-and-answers/political-strategy-questions/pro-western

DirectDemocracyS, significantly changes and improves the Western mentality and ideology.

    International repercussions.

Virtually every ally or friendly regime of Russia has been changed, in Syria, Venezuela, Iran, soon Cuba, and perhaps even North Korea. These changes could lead not only to the end of Russia's cowardly and cruel invasion of Ukraine, but also to a distancing of China and Russia itself. If we look at the situation in Brazil, and even South Africa, soon the BRICS will be reduced to just two letters, and it will become RC.

Our assessments can only be positive, not only because the Western model is superior to all other alternatives, with the exception of DirectDemocracy, which improves and humanizes wild capitalism, but also because many people will have more freedom, greater rights, and if they implement our system, they will have numerous economic, financial, and social advantages.

We will continue to work for the good of all humanity.
