    Micro-groups Phases

    Users and groups

Like all activities in DirectDemocracyS, the activities of our micro-groups will also take place in various phases.

The stages of micro-groups have various time periods.

The micro-group design phase began with the first meeting of the five original creators, who were, and still are, convinced that our system must always be close to the people. Above all, our political organization, to be efficient and useful to all, must be physically present, in every urban and rural area, to be able to speak directly with every single citizen. Despite being a collective system, every person must be listened to, supported, and protected.

The testing phase, with various sub-phases, involves implementing microgroups at specific times, in specific locations, and in specific countries around the world. We do this because we're unlike others, and we like to test every activity before making it fully operational globally. We know that microgroups are an excellent idea, destined to change and improve the world and make our entire system concrete, not just virtually, but without first conducting some checks and testing the effectiveness of all our rules, methodologies, instructions, motivations, and safety measures, there could be some small but annoying problems. Let's be clear: we've already analyzed the possible effects and consequences of implementing microgroups, but since these are activities that take place with people, close to their homes, we want to be sure we prevent any potential problems.

The preliminary stages are extremely important because they will allow and require each of our official members to become our official representatives in a small but crucial geographic, territorial, administrative, and electoral area, around their home. They will not do so with their own personal profile, which will remain completely invisible and anonymous forever. Instead, they will be given a partially public political representative profile. Thanks to highly efficient security measures, this profile will protect all personal data, yet allow anyone to verify whether or not a person is authorized to represent DirectDemocracyS in a given location. The username for our official geographic representatives is created with the exact geographic coordinates of their habitual residence (at least six months of the year), and they will receive a login password and a digitally signed official representative nomination document. They will also receive a personalized email address, ending with @directdemocracys.org, with the same official representative username (their home coordinates) in front of the @ symbol.

The second preliminary phase will create all the necessary capabilities for each official representative, the obligation to create a micro-group that will have the geographical coordinates of their home, and a "territory" that includes fewer than 1,000 inhabitants, and to begin, at the appropriate time, all the activities of their micro-group.

The initial phase of the micro-group is carried out directly by the official representative and consists of finding at least one person with whom to begin spreading the word about DirectDemocracyS in their area. This information campaign will utilize the strategies and advice from our support groups for official representatives and those for micro-groups.

The central phase of the micro-group is represented by the involvement of the entire small community in all the micro-group's activities, and by the fundamental activities for each micro-group and for each official representative: informing, communicating, supporting, inviting, registering and activating, and making every person living around their home a protagonist.

The microgroup boundary phase is very important because it allows each member of any microgroup to rapidly expand the presence of the DirectDemocracyS system throughout every urban and rural area. Each official member of each microgroup can create their own microgroup to expand the presence of our system by involving new members, who in turn will involve other new members, potentially covering the entire planet, as and when necessary. Each member who creates a new microgroup will act as a human bridge, physically connecting two or more microgroups with members present in multiple microgroups. Of course, in addition to physical connections, our platforms will also feature microgroups connecting microgroups, with all the potential needed to communicate, collaborate, support each other, and carry out countless activities together.

The micro-group unification phase is realized by the unification of micro-groups in the same geographic area, or in neighboring geographic areas, to create all our larger local groups, such as medium-sized or large groups, at the street block, neighborhood, city, district, province, region, state, groups of states, nations, continents, and global level. All these unifications occur physically via human bridges, and on our platforms, via all our websites.

The official microgroup stage occurs when each microgroup has at least 31 members (obviously, there can be many more). At that point, the microgroup automatically becomes an official DirectDemocracyS organization in its urban and rural area.

The subsequent phases of the official micro-group/organization will involve political activities and the implementation of the entire DirectDemocracyS system, including business, investment, financial, economic, multimedia, communications, information, education, research and study, sports, and even our charitable foundation. At the political level, there will be selections and nominations for our political representatives, candidacies and election campaigns at all levels, and our closed online primaries. There will also be selections, nominations, candidacies, and elections for all our internal organizations, as well as many other activities.

For each phase, numerous public, but also private, and in some cases confidential, informational articles will be written. The reasons are simple: not everyone is interested in all the details, and we already have a wealth of public information , including highly detailed public articles, covering practically everything.

With these important activities, our system becomes concrete and visible in the territory, and will carry out every activity in the interest of all people, without any kind of discrimination.

Some short questions and answers about the micro-group phases.

What are the advantages of being among the first to create micro-groups? In many activities, being among the first offers numerous advantages and benefits to those with the courage and determination to trust a system destined for potentially infinite growth and immense success. Just look around at the alternatives to understand our enormous potential. The main advantage is strategic and effective, immediate and concrete. Being the first to create a micro-group around your home may at first glance seem pointless, or even trivial. However, if you analyze the prospects and further development of our entire system, you realize that the first have always been favored, as is right and fair, with superior user types, more points accumulated, roles of greater importance and responsibility, and even cash prizes, goods, services, and various benefits. In practice, whoever creates a micro-group first will have a more important place in our useful, safe, fair, just, loyal, reliable, and inevitable hierarchies. DirectDemocracyS has traditional, top-down, even "pyramidal" hierarchies, but they are implemented with a unique and unrepeatable balance (thanks to our rules, methodologies, instructions, and unique and inimitable style), which allow us to always implement bottom-up democracy and truly and completely shared leadership. This method of implementing equality and meritocracy, ensuring them always and consistently to anyone who joins us, while rewarding the first courageous ones who join us and trust our system, is very useful for creating excellent results. Of course, each more important role, with greater power and greater responsibility, is not simply achieved by being the first; it must be confirmed, with concrete activities and declared, documented, and verified results, every day, therefore continuously over time. Otherwise, even a new official member can quickly obtain similar roles, or take over, if necessary, from the most "senior" user, who has been with DirectDemocracyS the longest.

Are there any simplifications available to allow anyone from outside to join DirectDemocracyS and create micro-groups? Simplifications are planned to facilitate and expedite new registrations and subsequent activations, without sacrificing all our security measures. There are several informative articles that explain the various stages of the official invitation, registration, and activation.

What are the costs of creating a micro-group? Any official member who has paid their annual dues can request and, if they meet all the requirements, be appointed as our official representative. They can then create their own micro-group. Therefore, the only fee to pay is the annual official member fee, which costs €25 if you are 31 or older, and €12.50 if you are under 31. Longer terms are available for those with a gross monthly income of less than €1,000; the annual fee is valid for two years. For those with a gross monthly income of less than €500, the initial annual fees are valid for three years. For those with no source of income, the initial annual fees are valid for four years.

Are there any costs involved in raising awareness of microgroups among those living in urban and rural areas? Publicizing the existence of microgroups doesn't require a large investment. Even simply creating a business card or flyer (with a short text and explanation) with the name and surname, username of the official representative connected, their phone number (which will automatically become the official phone number of DirectDemocracyS, our microgroup in that area), and the email address of our official representative ending @directdemocracys.org (which will automatically become the official email address of the microgroup and DirectDemocracyS in that area). On the other side of the business card, you can place at least five QR codes. The first is a message in your language briefly explaining DirectDemocracyS and its microgroups. The second contains the contact form, which verifies the authorizations of our official representative. The third explains how to fill out the registration form. The fourth contains the unique registration form to be automatically connected to our official representative (which also creates a free personal profile). Finally, the official public page of the microgroup, if it has already been activated. These codes provide preliminary information, authorization verification for those contacting people on our behalf, instructions for joining us, and a connection form to our official representative. This allows you to receive support after registration, being automatically connected, and then communicate directly on our platforms and carry out a variety of activities together.
