One of the things that most scares and worries people who don't know us is that our complete DirectDemocracyS system is made up of endless activities, including our political organization and our commercial company.

While we understand the concerns of those who haven't studied us fully, we can assure you that despite being a unified system, all our activities are clearly delineated. Even if it's not easy to see and verify from the outside that we are ethically and morally correct and have nothing illegal about us.

First and foremost, our political organization is our gateway (and exit for anyone who doesn't follow all our rules). It's not just the gateway, but also our security, as it verifies the identity of all those eligible to vote within our system. Therefore, our truly and completely shared leadership is guaranteed by our political organization. All user types are also managed and verified by our special security teams throughout our system. Therefore, all our official members, who collectively own our entire system, are selected, vetted, and appointed by our political organization. All annual dues for all user types are managed, vetted, and used entirely for our political organization.

In DirectDemocracyS, as a unitary system, three main entities have been present and active from the beginning: the political organization, the commercial company, and the charitable foundation. Each of these entities collaborates, communicates, coordinates, organizes, and carries out certain activities together with the others, but from a financial, economic, social, and political perspective, they are completely distinct and distinguishable.

From the beginning, we realized that changing and improving politics would not be enough to change and improve the world for the good of all. To achieve all the desired and hoped-for results, an innovative political organization, completely independent of all other political forces, was not enough. We also needed a commercial company where all our official members could initially work, so that we could then enter the global market at the right time, with our own rules and our unique and inimitable characteristics. Finally, to be able to concretely help those most in need, including through scholarships (to implement equality and meritocracy), educational activities, scientific research, and countless other activities to help the population, we created our own charitable foundation.

Sterile, silly, and illogical controversies.

To those who believe our political organization will benefit our business, we ask you to study us thoroughly, with an open mind, and then, if necessary, make your own judgments. As we were conceived, it is literally impossible for us to make decisions that only benefit ourselves, because in everything we vote on, the well-being of the entire world's population must always prevail, defending and guaranteeing the interests of all people, whether they are within us or outside , without any preference. Those who criticize us are so accustomed to the old, failed, unjust, traditional systems that what we write, say, or show seems inconceivable, and too good to be true.

We are not like the others, we are different and better.

DirectDemocracyS is a comprehensive system created, managed, controlled, and implemented by a few friends who freely and democratically decided to engage in political, business, and charitable activities together. We joined forces (and are free to do so), we set ourselves rules (democratically decided), and we pledged to abide by them, all together, forever. We are constantly evolving, without ever overturning our previous work.

But let's talk business.

All our official members can request and, if they meet all the requirements, receive a system profile, invisibly linked to their personal profile, allowing them to invest and trade with us. Perhaps, at the right time, many other lower-level users, who will become mandatory official members, will also be able to obtain a system profile.

Explanation and motivation.

Everyone knows that all our official members collectively own our entire system, our entire political organization, all our platforms (websites, web servers, and all our technologies), and all our activities. We grant this right to all our official members (who have paid their annual dues, are required to be present, and have completed the mandatory activities with us) automatically through a single, non-cumulative and non-transferable individual action. This ownership right offers numerous advantages and benefits, such as the ability to have multiple profiles, invisibly linked to their personal profile. For example, they can have a political profile with their full, real name and surname, which, however, requires them to block all other profiles, including their personal profile, for the duration of their political representation. This is essential to prevent all conflicts of interest and to prevent the accumulation of power and roles of greater responsibility and importance within our hierarchies. Once you've completed your political representation activities, you can block your political representative profile and reuse it in the future with the same rules as before. However, you can regain your personal profile, along with all other official representative profiles, system profiles, and other types of profiles. They can obtain an official representative profile, which allows them to collectively manage and control our entire system. They can obtain a system profile, for business and to invest with us. They can obtain a charitable profile, to carry out charitable activities with us. There are many other types of profiles, based on our decisions and needs.

The system profile, for business and investments.

This is the only profile for those who want to do business and invest with us. Any of our official representatives (who meet all the requirements) can obtain it, as long as they have a personal official member profile (and are in compliance with their respective obligations).

You can get a system profile for free, but to invest and trade with us, you must obtain an individual share to become part of our joint investments.

Let's immediately preempt any possible protest and answer a legitimate question right away.

You're obviously wondering: didn't you say that every official member automatically owns the entire system, the entire political organization, all platforms, and all DirectDemocracyS activities? The answer is simple and logical: business and investment are not mandatory for everyone, and only those who decide to obtain a system profile to do business and invest with us must pay a fee to obtain their individual share for business and investment. This fee obviously cannot have a fixed value, like the annual fee for our official members (25 euros per year if you're 31 or older, and 12.50 euros per year if you're under 31, with financial assistance for those in need). Simply put, we could not, cannot, and will never be able to use the annual fees to join our political organization (the gateway and exit to our system), to do business and invest together. Were we to use these annual fees for other activities, we would be ethically and morally reprehensible. It would be like using our charitable foundation's funds to reward our best users, or for economic and financial activities. Money isn't something to joke about, and it should be used for the activities for which it is intended, with clearly defined and clearly controllable activities.

But let's briefly see how we do business and invest together.

First of all, the ideas and projects.

Anyone with a business and investment system profile can propose any investment, which will first be created individually, and then a working group will be immediately created to discuss, modify, select, test, vote on, and implement the idea or project (business or investment) confidentially.

Final project.

After individual and then group work, the final project is presented to the selection groups for all ideas and projects (investments and business deals). They will evaluate and review it, and if deemed suitable and useful, they will authorize and finance it in various ways, with the collaboration of many groups. Everything is conducted freely, democratically, and professionally, following the same rules as our political organization regarding leadership and ownership.

Financing.

First of all, recognition of merit, meaning that whoever has the idea, or has the project, must be part of it as the creator and creator of that specific activity (business or investment), receiving a share based on the value given to their creative activity.

There are various financing options, depending on the financial means of the person who conceived the idea. They can hold, individually or with the first working group (before presenting the idea and project to the selection groups), up to a maximum of 49.9% of the "total shares." The remaining 50.1% will be owned by the DirectDemocracyS system (our group of collective shareholders will always have an absolute majority in every deal and investment), through its internal joint stock company. Obviously, if the person who conceived the idea doesn't have the necessary funds to obtain the aforementioned divisions, we will jointly negotiate who participates in the deal, how, and with how much money, with what direct work, what tasks, and all the specific conditions.

In practice, everything will be done in a very convenient, fair, and just manner, with exceptional confidentiality and security measures.
