Let's quickly explain the differences between the two political profiles: for internal representatives, there are no age limits, and there are no territorial constraints. External political representatives have established age limits at the international, continental, national, and local levels, with the obligation to rejuvenate the political class. Furthermore, they will be able to engage in activities, always starting with local micro-groups and smaller official organizations, at the local level.
