Article 01. Working at DirectDemocracyS.
Article 01.1 Groups involved.
The special administration group, through the working group, creates, manages, and controls each activity, together with all the groups involved.
Article 01.2 Job opportunities.
There are various possibilities to work with us. Voluntarily and free of charge, based on your type of user. Fixed-term. Project-based. Permanent.
Article 02. Voluntary and free of charge.
According to the rules on user types, each person who obtains a higher user type, and roles of greater responsibility, has the obligation to be present, and to work together with us, for a certain number of minutes per day, per week, or per month, voluntarily, and absolutely free of charge.
Article 03. Fixed-term, part-time.
Under an employment contract, for the available roles, you can apply to work part time, for an average of approximately 4 hours a day, for a maximum of 20 hours a week.
Article 04. By project.
Under an employment contract, for available roles, one can apply to work on a specific project, with conditions specified by the project job group and the groups involved.
Article 05. Fixed-term.
Under an employment contract, for the available roles, you can apply to work part time, for an average of approximately 8 hours per day, for a maximum of 40 hours per week.
Article 06. Supply and demand.
The available jobs will be published, based on the decisions of the groups that manage our work activities. Each of our official members, and each authorized user, will be able to compile, publish, and modify their own Curriculum Vitae, and publish it on our dedicated website, or in their own group.
Article 07. Conditions for being eligible to apply.
Only our official members, in good standing with the payment of the annual fee, and who respect all our rules, all our methodologies, all our instructions, and with an impeccable behavior, can apply for our jobs, based on the type of person, who is sought, in the announcement for the available job position.

To see the available jobs , and to apply for the available roles, you must log in, via the login form, by entering your username and password, which are identical to the login credentials used on our official website.
In some cases, available jobs are published directly in groups, or on the pages of our international, continental, national, or local organizations.
Article 09. Candidate selection criteria.
While ensuring equality and meritocracy, always united over time, the main criterion for choosing the best candidate for each available job is represented by the type of role sought.
If there are more compatible candidates, the second selection criterion is represented by the types of users, the third selection criterion is represented by the number of points accumulated in our activities.
Article 10. Salaries, benefits, working conditions, and bonuses.
According to our rules, every person who works at DirectDemocracyS must receive at least the average gross salary of the country, or as the case may be, of the State, in which they work. The same goes for benefits, working conditions, and bonuses.
Article 11. Trade unions and workers' representatives.
DirectDemocracyS, organizes its own system of workers' unions, both internal and external, to represent in a fair, honest, just, equitable, infallible and incorruptible manner, the rights of all workers.
Our workers' representatives have the obligation to protect all the interests of all our workers, according to our rules.
Article 12. Final provisions and voting.
These rules for working with us are valid throughout our system and come into effect immediately after the vote. Any previous rule, if different, will be integrated, and the newest one is effective immediately, replacing and modifying the previous one if different.
