1. Introduction — Who are we and why Georgia?

DirectDemocracyS (DDS) is a global political organization based on true, direct, full, fast, competent, always, protected and guaranteed democracy. Our system is based on logic, common sense, science, reality, truth, consistency and mutual respect. DDS is not a single state party - it is a public platform where each official member owns a single, non-transferable share of the common property.

We have DDS in Georgia because it is a critical moment in the country's history: the disputed 2024 elections, the opposition boycott, the suspension of European integration, and mass protests by citizens. At such a critical moment, the DDS system — our technologies, our governance model, and our values — offers the people of Georgia a real, functional solution.

2. Critical analysis of the current situation in Georgia

2.1 Political Crisis: 2024 Elections

The parliamentary elections on October 26, 2024, ended with a probable victory for the Georgian Dream party. However, international observation missions — including the OSCE/ODIHR — revealed serious irregularities: voter intimidation, especially against public sector employees; use of administrative resources in favor of the ruling party; compromise of the secrecy of the vote; political polarization and institutional tensions.

2.2 The European integration crisis

On November 28, 2024, Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze announced the suspension of accession negotiations with the European Union until 2028. This was announced in a country where over 70% of the population in polls over the past 10 years supported European integration. On December 14, 2024, a single-candidate presidential “election” was held outside the opposition.

2.3 Economic situation — structural weaknesses

In 2021–2024, the Georgian economy grew rapidly (+9.7% on average), largely due to capital inflows from Russia and tourism. Annual deficit in 2024 10.3 billion USD. External debt 22.9 billion EUR. Average salary — 700 EUR/month (2024).

2.4 Social crisis

Social inequality is deep: European urban life in Tbilisi is sharply different from rural conditions. A young, educated generation is taking to the streets. Emigration is a structural problem. The “foreign agents” law threatens independent media and civil society organizations.

 

3. DDS Governance Model for Georgia

3.1 Fractal microgroup system

DDS relies on a fractal governance model, where every citizen is involved in a structured way — from small groups to the national level:

3.2 Three-code system (identity verification)

DDS uses an innovative three-code system: each member is assigned three independent, protected codes that guarantee identity, intent, and authenticity in any transaction. This system is cryptographically secure — precisely what ensures anonymity and transparency at the same time.

3.3 ddsAI and allddsAI — New Information Democracy

ddsAI provides members and groups with complete, accurate, neutral, and independent information. allddsAI is a democracy of artificial intelligence — where AI systems are official members, with equal rights and responsibilities to humans.

4. Political program

4.1 Restoring Democratic Legitimacy

The DDS political program in Georgia is based on the fact that the crisis of 2024 shows us that there is a greater and more genuine restoration of democracy in Georgia. Each solution: in parallel with party or official politics, we are creating our own structures of public governance.

4.1.1 Judicial system reform

DDS supports a complete overhaul of the judicial system. Candidates are evaluated by expert groups, civil society, and DDS members, based solely on competence. Each judge's decision is public, transparent, and available on the DDS platform.

4.1.2 DDS electoral system

DDS creates an electoral model where: each member has a vote verified by three code guarantees; the vote is cryptographically protected, anonymous, but verifiable; and the results are real-time, openly accessible to everyone.

Specific example Voter intimidation in 2024 will not happen in the DDS system: — The vote is anonymous (the employer will not know who voted and how) — The code system guarantees 100% anonymity — Any attempt at pressure is automatically recorded and made public.

4.2 Euro-integration — DDS model

DDS is in favor of European integration, but with a different vision: we wanted Georgia to become a full member of the European Union — but the country's sovereignty, wealth, and decision-making power to truly remain with the people.

5. Economic program

5.1 National wealth owned by the people

The basic economic principle of the DDS is: Georgia's natural resources, energy, land, and state capital belong to every citizen of Georgia, forever. Any privatization or concession outside of a direct vote of the people is considered an illegal alienation of national property.

5.2 Agricultural Renaissance

Georgia's climate, soil, and historical tradition are a unique combination. DDS offers a system of farmer cooperatives, the use of ddsAI in agriculture, export diversification (Georgian wine, organic products), and a collective branding strategy.

5.3 Technological Economics and Tourism

DDS's ddsAI / allddsAI to become a catalyst for the Caucasus Tech Hub in Georgia. Startup grants, tax breaks, a cooperative startup fund and full digital administration on the DDS platform. 6.1 Transparent state budget

In the DDS governance system, every lari from the national budget is recorded using blockchain technology. Any citizen can see where it went, what it cost, and to whom it was given. The technical space for corruption disappears.

6.2 Elimination of corruption

DDS offers a three-level solution model: first — blockchain transparency for every personal transaction; second — court, police, tax orgs with continuous supervision of DDS civil groups; third — cultural: any citizen on the DDS platform anonymously reports corruption facts.

6.3 National Public Investment Fund

DDS creates a public national investment fund — on the Norwegian model, but with full governance of DDS: each official member — one, non-transferable share of the fund; the fund invests in the local economy; each citizen — an annual bonus; public control of the operation — impossible outside the vote of DDS members.

 

7. Social program

7.1 Education — genuine, complete, equal

The education system in Georgia suffers from three fundamental problems of inequality: a deep urban-rural divide; curricula that lag behind market demands; and political interference in curricula and university personnel.

8.2 Occupied territories

South Ossetia and Abkhazia are Georgian territories occupied by Russia. DDS was supported diplomatically; DDS platform is a tool for dialogue, not a conflict-mongering tool.
