DDS protects tradition Culture , language Religion ( without discrimination) But there is no interference in the DDS system and national identity . § 1.1 — CPP: Continuing Control (1985– present )

Since 1985 , the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) led by Stock Sen Rule the country without real competition .

§ 4.3 — Three-code identification system

This organization does not replace national governments — it is a platform for proposals. and coordination between people from different countries on common issues ( environment, Peace human rights ) while strictly respecting sovereignty and resources of each country .

§ 5.1 — NTCO: Collective ownership cannot be transferred over national resources
